John Bel working the votes. He will make the announcement tomorrow and it’s a chunk of state money.

What about the people that throw trash around the edges? Are they still going to be around? If so, its still going to look like shite in certain areas.

They're gonna fill it in for midnight basketball courts and a new Council on Aging HQ accessible by CATS high speed rails coming from Baker.

Damn tree hugger. Don’t you realize that stuff either rots or floats away with the next big rain?

Besides, who wants to keep trash in their truck? That’d be nasty.

I realize you are speaking tongue in cheek, but there are a lot of trashy people that dont live around the lakes that trash it up. One time someone threw a dead pitbull close to my jogging route, and it took 2 weeks for the city to come get it. These people should stay in their own shitty neighborhoods if they are going to make the lakes look the same.

It’s easy to say the general public is trashy AF but the problem is, their personal timeframe does not go farther than their next meal.

And only slightly ahead of them are politicians who’s idea of longterm planning is the next election, however near or far away it may be.

And it’s all a symptom of the inability to have any kind of awareness beyond their shorterm desire.

i.e. They ain’t got a clue.
