You. Are. Dumb.
Or maybe you just struggle with reading comprehension. I don’t know.

Its obvious Hooters has a hiring problem. They can't get young, decently attractive women to work there anymore.
I think this is a big part of their problem. They are somewhat stuck. They can't get the talent that they did in the 80s, 90s, and early 00s. If that's the case, then they need to make sure their food product is top notch.
I've never had a problem with the food. But if they move to a more family friendly atmosphere, how are they any different than Chili's, BWW, etc.
I think they need to embrace their niche market and find a way to get better talent and make sure their food is great.
Personally, if I'm getting wings, I go to Hooters. I don't consider going anywhere else.

Only fans and the like killed hooters.
Used to be the ole hottie tramps had to hoof it in person to close deals and make paper…enter Hooters.
Now they can just sit back and get tips for tricks from home while hooters is (mostly) left with girls who are two knuckles deep into a bucket of cheese puffs.

the best wings from a ln actual wing restaurant and not a shack, in BR, has been hooters for a while.
What a sad statement

They should rename to Cooters

They need to bring back the old owl and the "Delightfully Tacky, Yet Unrefined" shirts.

Everybody likes titties. Women will pay for a nice set.
Men and babies will beg to get closer to them.

The world is full of family friendly restaurants with much better food. Victoria Secret switched their model to be more inclusive, sales plummeted and the brand was basically ruined. This will end in the same way for Hooters.
100%
While I don't mind Hooters wings, them going family friendly removes the thing that makes them unique. They'll just become Buffalo Wild Wings with fewer TVs, and that brand is in the toilet.
Dumbest fricking idea I've read in a bit. Go the other direction. Lean into the babes serving food, improve the menu by focusing on some key strengths and being consistent across locations, add beer options, and give us some great specials.
ETA:
Now I'm craving Hooters

Meanwhile at Tight Ends in Plano, they are never going to change

Amazing how you can be the CEO of Hooters and totally miss the whole reason the franchise started and became successful.
Feels like Bud Light hiring a trans person for their advertisements.
Just a complete miss that could destroy the brand.

Well, if they are actually the type of girl as they advertised then her butt cheek would be small enough not to spill onto my plate of table. It's the hiring of this shite that has to stop:

Reminds me of when OnlyFans declared a few years ago they were going to ban porn, and like rescinded the plans about 2 days later when they figured out that was their entire business model.

I'm convinced 2/3 of CEOs in America have not the most basic understanding of their own market/industry.

So this is the CEO of a franchise. What is going on here is the corporate side had went to shorts that showed a lot of arse and the franchises went to a shirt that covers like a Nike pro short. The franchises are doing fine and the corporate side is what was struggling. I think it was last August we won the battle of shorts with them and they are making the change to what we use. Yes, the shorts the franchises use are much more well received. It isnt about family friendly or not.

That is not on the Hooters CEO, most restaurants run on a franchise system. Local owners hire the local workers. It is no different than a McDonalds.
It is the local owners who need to get a leg up on the competition and hire better talent.
Now if the CEO or designee wants to fly around the country to evaluate talent and mystery shop for the talent then there is some blame at the top.
Speaking of which, that would be my dream job to travel the country and visit restaurants and make observations on the food, servers, and cleanliness of the business.
