Having balls doesn't equal having integrity and I am not sure if videoing two people putting stolen items in their car equals integrity either.
I hate a thief as much as the next person, but what will come from her posting this on facebook? Even if someone identifies them and it is brought to the police, if Home Depot hasn't called them about it then they are not going to do anything.
The best thing to do is bring it to the home depot manager and let them handle the situation as they see fit. If they have the information, they can contact the police and go from there.
There is doing the right thing and then there is doing the right thing, right. If someone was stealing something from her property and she filmed it, she could call the police then put it up on social media and if someone IDs them then the police can take appropriate action. But I would not go as far as saying this took integrity.

If they do anything they are only making things worse. Hopefully if you do this it’s at least live streamed so they can’t just destroy the phone.
She did right to film, however not sure she should engage talking to them.. that could definitely cause more trouble.
