Unfortunately that isn't the case for far too many still halfway from being born. I'm just wanting those who can't - or won't - provide a good life for a kid to have the option to not have the kid in the first place. And no, I wouldn't consider a fetus 19 weeks along "alive" in a functional sense. It would not survive on its own. I can definitely be on board with drawing the line at that; third trimester abortions are another monster entirely and not one I'd begin advocating for any time soon.

Well yea, you can't because you'd have to admit that you advocate for killing people. The brain is functioning already. Sure he can't survive yet, but he's already functioning like a person.
