she was sentenced to both, but they're concurrent. they likely made her plea to the theft felony for future habitual offender leverage (if she gets another felony) and in exchange, she got fewer years on the distribution of CDS (she got 12 years but only has to serve 5, which is concurrent with her theft issue).

Apparently she ended up only spending 10 days in jail and then had three years probation.
