Id appreciate it if anyone in the industry or anyone that's had some work done recently could give me some insight into:
A) Ball park what it would cost to paint an entire ~2700 sqft home avg. Ceiling height is 14 ft. Need all walls, ceilings, and trim painted.
B) Ball Park labor costs to demo/replace tile flooring ~800 sqft.
This is Western St. Tammany Parish btw.
Thanks in advance!

$3-8K depending on the price of the tile you are coming back with.

You’re talking about all interior doors, closets, baseboards, crown moulding, window trim, walls, ceilings, any built-in cabinetry, etc?
Everything in bold for sure.

I find it doubtful. I'm thinking he's going to be closer to $10K to remove, prep, and install new tile by a reputable sub.
ETA: For paint, between $4-6K.

$6000 for paint
Hard to say on flooring without knowing details or what material you are using. Assuming replacement of average 12"x12" ceramic tile, I would guess $9000-$10000.

I don’t know about LA, but we spend about $120K to renovate a 2BD/1Bath in NYC.

I thought this was going to be a question about Nevada.

Y’all are crazy if you think paint is $6000. It depends on the paint and the color. If you’re going from dark colors to light, it may take 3 coats. Average paint cost and two coats will be around $15k.

Paint that shite yourself you lazy bum. I just did 2500 sqft on my own.

Honestly just paint it yourself. I’m the least handy person around, and painting is the one thing I will do. It’s not that hard and frankly doesn’t even take that long. Save some $$$$ and put that toward the things you aren’t willing to do like floors and stuff.

Recently had my 2700 ft house painted and several cracks sealed from foundation damage and it cost about 10k...one coat included ceiling and replaced one damaged bedroom door...did not include the trim or doors.
Added engineered hardwood to bottom floor, new tile in master bathroom and replaced the carpet in master and all upstairs including stairs...15k...
Bottom floor did not require demo because it was stained concrete...did require some leveling. This is McKinney, tx ( dallas suburb).

I just did a my entire house inside and out in BR. 2400sf 10’ ceilings. Did walls ceilings, trim, doors, bathroom cabinets.. everything except kitchen cabinets got two coats of paint.
Took 4 numbers, used second lowest price at 6000 for Labor and I supplied all paint. They supplied tools and incidentals. Spent another 800 on paint. Took a crew of 3-4 almost 9 days
Did exterior for another 2700

If you paid that anywhere in the SE, you got bent over backwards. Paint is non-consequential repairs, which means literally almost anyone can do it, and requires little to no overhead.
