We had a 4400 sq ft house painted in April. Every interior wall and all ceilings and trim. It's an older house so it doesn't have the high ceilings. We ended up right about $9k including paint.

It's your $, but I would paint that myself. I just painted about 2,000 sqft of my reno a year ago. My quotes were between $8k-$12K. I knocked it out in 3 days (weekend + Monday I took off work).
If you diy, I suggest buying a sprayer if you're comfortable with one or an auto feed roller like this one I used. Either will save you lots of time and is worth every penny.
