We were just Townsend Homes, but the man that owned Cretin Homes retired and had is merge up with them.

Cretin - Townsend is very good and will build on your lot. They have just moved into the Ascension Parish market in the last year or so and they may be close to your price range. Aucoin Homes is exceptional and will build on your lot. Same with Waguespack Homes. Someone earlier also mentioned Meridian Homes - very good as well but I'm not sure how much he builds on lots that he doesn't already own. Also Schramm Construction is very good as well but again most of his homes are on lots that he owns.

Dude, by the time you sift through the bullshite answers you get on this site you'll be too worn out to comprehend the truly helpful ones. Lot of goofy kids who got lots of time on their hands come to play here!
