Old Goodwood. We found Cagley at parade of homes last year. Liked the house plan, and we were very impressed with him. This was in uclub. He hooked us up with The Front Door to design what we wanted (single story open floor plan) and we signed a contract. I cannot reiterate enough how important transparency is when building a house. Find someone who tells the truth, even if it isn't what you want to hear.

Couldn't disagree more. He build my home and has come back a few times to take care of stuff that other builders would have not given a crap about. I think he's an honest guy.
