If you focus on the people in the far background, you can see that they are moving at an ever so slightly unnatural pace probably due to primitive motion picture technology. Hitler, however looks nowhere near normal and is obviously in an extremely altered state.

The Wehrmacht inflicted far more casualties than any military in history, those are the facts. Hitler's buzzsaw MG42 may be the best machine gun ever made.

So sick of these post hoc analyses of Hitler. I am sure WorldStar is joking with this, but there have been serious scholars propose the following:
1) He was secretly gay.
2) He had one nut (there is evidence for this one actually).
3) He had a micropenis.
4) He was half Jewish and kept it a secret.
5) Eva Braun was a cover for his gay lifestyle (even though body guards and what not said Hitler and Eva banged).
And now we learn he liked to shoot meth.
Please just make it stop. Why can't people believe that Hitler was a normal hetero guy (perhaps with one nut) who liked killing people? Why must we psychoanalyze him non-stop? Why does he have to be part Jewish to hate Jews? Why must he have a micropenis? Can a dude with a huge cock not be a psychopath?
That said, in that video he looks like he might have Parkinsons. If you look at other videos of him during his last days, he has a bad case of the shakes that he appears to try to hide.
Or maybe he was an Aspie or Autistic. People who knew him said he was really intense and focused his attention on one thing. Sounds really Aspie or Autistic to me. Moreover, lots of autistic people rock back and forth like that. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was on the spectrum. That seems like a good theory someone should pursue.
