99/100,000 is the current cases per day.

Around 4500 per day for 4.6 million population.

It's not for whole pandemic, that would be around 14,000 per 100,000 so far.

Yep, our Rt is almost back to one and most of the South, including Florida, is dropping pretty rapidly. Unfortunately, the Mid-West, Northeast, and some of the Pacific states have Rts that are skyrocketing.
