Why is it that when Taylor Swift runs on her treadmill singing her songs for three hours every day it's all "OMG she works so hard what a genius what a QUEEN!!", but when I run on her treadmill and sing her songs for three hours every day it's all "Freeze punk, hands in the air"?

The bar for musical icons is so low. 40 years ago, this chick would have been no bigger than Debbie Gibson.

That video is 14 years ago. Im sure time helps gain experience and makes you better at your craft. I know lots of people who saw her live and said she was phenomenal.

Yet, she still sings to a backing track for every song and lip syncs to others.

Most of her music sucks but she was able to outsmart some music executives by re-recording her prior work in order to get paid. I guess they took advantage of her when she first signed a deal or something. Very smart tactic.
her dad invested $300k in ownership stock of her first record label. seems weird they would try to frick her over.
he made $15 million when they sold the company.

Surprised her little Pfizered heart didn't "quit suddenly"

While I don't care for her or her music, you gotta respect what she does. She's an absolute professional and seems like a nice enough person.
