Here we go... Golden Girls and Colorguard weight restrictions

You just know some SJW's are going to blow a gasket over this.

Honestly when I knew the girls in high school were supposed to maintain a certain weight to stay on the team I knew at some point this would not fly. This was 20 years ago.

It's been that way for the last 30+ years that I know of. They know the rules when they sign up. The only thing I have trouble with is the 5 pound rule. I think it should be 7-10. No telling how much a woman is going bloat up at certain times of the month.

Its like this for alot of college dance teams.
I went to school with a girl that went on to a college dance team. Danced 3 years, and was lined up to be the dance captain for the senior year..she gained a little weight on her backside
(which was amazing looking) in the off season , and didn't make weight requirements.
The school damn near rioted, but its all about the image.

I don't see the problem with weight restrictions on things like this where physical fitness is required to do the job. Its not like they're asking for headshots to get a a student job in the campus library
