3. Solve beefs through government intervention programs

One of the bullet points is "Data driven decisions" for the Policing Programs. That's not going to go over well after they figure out what that will lead to

Jesus Christ. Their “Policing Programs” are nothing. Body cameras to enforce effective policing? This is such the Progressive “police are the problem” mindset it isn’t even funny. These people somehow believe that LESS policing is going to help the crime rate.

That's an 8 slide ppt with 4 of the slides being the same graphic 
They even threw it back in there at the end for emphasis. That has to be from an outreach program where elementary school kids compete to create some propaganda for the government to use.

Gang activity
Drug epidemic
Loss of respect for life - willingness by a segment of the community to settle any problems they have with deadly violence.
If it address solutions to those three problems, any plan is doomed to failure.
