There is also a burned out university building next to it that is just sitting there as well.
The campus has been caught up in bankruptcy proceedings and disputes from nearby Clark Atlanta University about who rightfully can purchase and use the land. Basically, Morris Brown sold a lot of the campus to avoid foreclosure. However, it turns out that they didn't have the right to sell it because the land was actually supposed to revert back to Clark Atlanta if the land no longer was used for a school b/c Clark Atlanta originally gave the land to Morris Brown with that condition way back in the day.
I think it was only resolved last year and it all belongs to Clark Atlanta now. I think.

and LSU practiced there for 1996 Peach Bowl, was Olympic year and stadium was decent..btw the college went bankrupt due to a woman stealing most of the money while she was employed there..think she went to jail...
