Mix 1 part vinegar, 1 part honey, and 3 tablespoons salt. Freeze into a block. Put on the porch.

Let the fricking bird be. What is wrong with having a nest on your house?

Birds poop. They bring trash to build nest. They bring parasites. They harbor germs. They leave cracked shells. They litter feathers all over. They leave the nest strewn behind.

Plastic predator of some type, let the bird lay eggs then wreck shop, pellet gun, 12 gauge, or C4.

In that order.

EDIT: Actually, use the reverse order. This is the OT, and the reverse order is way more entertaining for the rest of us.

It would help if you posted a pic of the bird in question, as well as the nesting spot.

In the meantime... Prayers sent.

it's too messy and an eyesore to have there so its not an option to let it build a nest there. Any suggestions?

There was a little bird,
with a little yellow bill,
That perched upon my window sill,
I coaxed it near with bits of bread,
Then I crushed its fricking head.

Problem solved.

I dealt with this last summer. I wouldn't have minded but he was shitting down my window. I spent Saturday outside with a Super Soaker and some beer. He left after a couple hours.

Claymore with a trip wire where he tends to build should do the trick.
