Quit flexing for us.
We all know you're just going to get your Filipino pool boy/fun toy to handle that.

Just pull the blowup pool behind the trailer and throw the folding chairs inside. You should be good but I’d def take pictures just in case you need to file a claim.

All we really care about is how many members are showing something. First part of this is figuring out if something will form.
The difficulty to start is that this system will be a small circulation within a larger one initially. Where does it form? Even the Eastern Pacific is an option here.

All I'm going to say is if you run some models you see a front in them. GFS has it moving NW towards central gulf and then it gets whisked away into Florida from a front. I'm not relying on a front to dig that far south in September this far out.

It also all depends on where this initializes. The closer to Cuba the more of a Florida problem. The closer to the Yucatan the more of a Northern Gulf problem.

Smart play, but it wouldn't have to dig as far South as what some models are showing today. You'll have a more complicated setup than just a trough traversing the country. There will likely be a shortwave trough feature associated with it. That would be similar to what we had with Francine. You wouldn't be wholly reliant upon a digging trough sweeping up the storm.

It's going to be a long week and a long thread.

Behind the scenes look at how that model was initialized:

Fun fact: The reason Hurricanes and cyclones have human names is that the original meteorologist to name them,Clement Wragge, began naming them after politicians he didn't like. This let him say they were "causing great distress" or "wandering aimlessly"

Need to build a Hurricane wall SE of FL

12z Model runs so far look like that trough is coming into to pick up the storm and slingshot it towards Florida panhandle.

It is still too far out to make any guesses for this kind of setup.

Were all these politicians females that were "causing great distress" or "wandering aimlessly"?
