If you live next to a lady named Jenn and your wife and Jenn's husband are "friends".....I might have bad news for you

Seriously though, if you live near water, sound travels a lot further. We could hear conversations from folks across a lake if the atmosphere was right. I've been told the same could occur on creeks and rivers.

You do know you have needed a CT scan for a long time now, right?

Yes. In an old house I once owned. I thought it was my neighbor's TV next door. My girlfriend (wife now-no pics) freaked when she started staying over and said it was voices in the kitchen. I got up to look one night and they stopped. After a few nights of that, we prayed and they went away.

That house was haunted by a ghost named Rachel. There are a couple other stories I’ve told on here before that would turn you white, to paraphrase Winston Zeddemore.

My dad’s Clock radio turned on with no one else in the house. I could hear voices and there wasn’t supposed to be anyone in the house. I eased to the back bedroom and was glad to find it was the radio. Power had gone out and I guess the radio came on when the power came back on.

I unplugged it. Problem solved.

Good lord this is dumb. Hallucinations can be induced by medication or just mental illness. Now, demonic influence, yes.

I don't think it is evil. I feel like it is someone trying to tell me something or discussing what they will do with me.

It isn't scary, just annoying as I don't always know what they are saying/discussing

You sure it's not people talking outside and the sound coming through the wall?

Regardless, I believe in ghosts, aliens, and bigfoot. I just don't believe every sighting/piece of evidence was either a hoax or a misidentification. There's just too much evidence.

At some point, you have to believe what your eyes and ears are telling you...

Lived in an old house in college and heard all the familiar noises of my roommate entering the house after returning from summer break. Door opening and closing, and what sounded like scrounging around in his room then silence. After a minute I went back to greet and room was dark. He returned about a week later. I may have had some sort of auditory hallucination.

In the room where you hear the voices, leave a pad of paper and a pencil. Next to that, place a sign that says “Do you want to harm me?” by a OUIJA board. Set up a baby monitor with video in the room. That night, walk into the room when all the lights are out and loudly state “I do not believe you are real” and then go to bed.

Couldn’t hurt.

Grew up so close to the WWL towers that the copper pipes in my house would faintly transmit the broadcast just loud enough to hear it in the laundry room at 3am.

Rachel may not have been per se evil, but the prayers made the voices go away. She did not totally go away, however, and wanted to come with us when we moved to our next house.

Yeah this happens to me sometimes. What are they saying? You maybe just a sensitive too and picking up conversations from decades ago or something. Or you could line year a portal or weak spot in the fabric of our dimension and picking up conversations from the others or another dimension etc, or you could be going insane.

When are are so tired you can’t fully fall asleep this can happen, it’s the basis for remote viewing etc . I lived in a house where the mom died and I would hear these derailed but mundane conversations between the mom and her daughters. It’s just the mental impression she left etc.

Again what are they saying?
