OT Unicorn Tournament Constitution

These rules shall be adhered to in all future tournaments.



1. Tattoos anywhere other than the wrist, ankle, or lower pelvic areas are prohibited. Said tattoos must be no larger than 2" long and wide.
2. No queen shall serve more than 2 consecutive terms and no more than 3 terms total.
3. Votes from outside the United States shall be considered illegal and not counted.
4. All contestants shall be nominated prior to seeding. Nominations shall take place in a single nomination thread which includes a nomination deadline in the original post. Nominations shall include name and picture. In the event the number of nominations exceeds character limit in the seeding thread, tournament leader shall choose his favorites for seeding thread.
5. After nominations, the OT shall vote for their favorite. The top 16 vote recipients shall compete for the crown.
6. No tournament shall consist of more than 16 contestants.
7. Seeding will be based upon the top 16’s vote totals. Ties shall be broken by the first letter of the contestant’s legal first name.
8. Tournaments shall be double-elimination.
9. In the event of a tie in any round after seeding, the tie-breaker round shall last no less than 3 hours and no more than 24 hours.
10. Voting in each non-tiebreaker matchup shall be open for 24 hours unless beginning on a Friday, when voting shall be open until Monday morning at 9:00am. This is to allow for ample time to vote to those who lurk on the OT only during normal working hours.
11. Each voter shall have the right to full transparency in vote breakdown, to the extent vote breakdown is available. Each voter shall have the right to demand vote breakdown at any moment. If demanded, tournament leader shall post screenshots of requested information to the extent said information is available.
12. Unless a simple majority decides otherwise, www.strawpoll.com shall be the official medium used to capture and tabulate votes.
13. Each voter has the right to call for a revolution after tournament ends. If one is called for, he or she shall use strawpoll.com to formulate a simple yes/no poll to allow the OT to decide for or against a revolution to overthrow the current queen-elect. Once the queen-elect becomes queen, a revolution becomes unconstitutional.
14. A queen’s term is one full year, beginning January 1st and ending December 31st.
15. In the event of a revolution, the contestants shall only be former contestants and/or former & current queens. The revolution shall be seeded as noted above and must not consist of more than 8 contestants.
16. All voting shall prohibit the use of VPN’s and all voting results shall be hidden from public view until voting ends. If the results are not automatically made available to the public upon polls closing, proof of results must be posted. Full transparency is top priority.
17. A contestant shall be deemed disqualified if she is found to have nudes on the internet. Whores are everywhere – this tournament shall crown the elusive unicorn.
18. No write-in candidates are allowed. See #4.

I reject the ruling of Galina in THIS tournament. Christen should keep her tiara as 3rd OT queen while Ms. Dub should immediately be appointed acting former Queen in place of Pauline for her terrible tattoo disqualification.

The tattoo thing is BS. Stop imposing your beliefs on the board. If the tattooed contestants get the votes, then they get the votes.

Its an interesting debate... What DQ's a unicorn candidate?

Personally, I dont like Tat's, but they dont bother me as much as plastic surgery. My criteria is:
Natural, minimal(preferably zero) plastic surgery
Photos that are not comically retouched.
Raw beauty is as important as the body.
Preferred without large, non-discreet tattoos.
