Newly obtained video shows Benitez -- a municipal judge in East Orange, Belleville and Bloomfield -- repeatedly told the two troopers about his position before they cuffed him on suspicion of drunken driving.
He was "a f--king judge," he said. He then told the trooper reading him his rights that he was "being a d--k," the video shows.

"Police later administered a breath test that found Benitez's blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit, but the court case against the judge fell apart because of flaws in the investigation"

Kinda hard for anyone to use that excuse:

In all fairness to the Judge, I have met lots of Troopers who absolutely were dicks. And I am very pro-LE.

So not even a sitting judge knows WTF to say/do when stopped, to beat the charge?
Sit in your car, be courteous and speak in clear SHORT, one word answers if possible. Do not breath towards officer (actually helps if all Windows are down)
Hand him the requested documentation and keep hands on the wheel looking forward. THE OFFICER IS NOT BEING COURTEOUS OR FRIENDLY! He is doing everything in his power to get indications of impairment from you!
If he makes you get out of the car, do so but refuse all tests, including him asking you to look at him. Be polite and ask for your attorney. D ont move at all or look at him...he is looking for physical shite to write on the report!
He will show your violation, and also say he smelled the presence of alcohol on your breath...don't give him that ammo by staring or breathing towards him.
Hire attorney and if they are decent and you aren't habitual, the charge can be beat.

Yup, only one test can tell if you've been drinking, eye astigmatism, the rest are trying to piss you off, or get you to admit that your drinking.
Say your ABC's backwards. 99% of people can't do that sober. They trying to get you to say.... I couldn't do that if I wasn't drinking or something similar.
