this is what I did, just had girlfriends with benefits, serious relationships and school didn't work for me, to much extra bull shite to deal with.

I met my gf as a freshman, she was a senior about to enter LSU law school, great person and that was a great set up for me, I developed pretty good study habits as I was always studying with her and her LS friends and she was always studying for the next three years, that gave me a lot of free play time

Just jerk off instead. It’s way cheaper.

Being an OOS student was kind of nice, I pretty much had a new "girlfriend" each semester. Never a serious relationship, but always found a girl that was fun to hang out and hook up with. Then I'd leave for a month (winter) or three (summer), the relationship would wither and die naturally, and I'd start over.

The whole point of college is to find a wife. You’ll never have this selection again.

While not the whole point, certainly a perk. I had one long term college gf, two I guess, I was masters and she was undergrad the second time. The first one probably would have married right after college if I didn’t screw it up... 2nd one was a B! Didn’t end up getting married til around 30 after that.

So like he said you’re best chances if you want to get married are in college, much harder after that

Is it a stupid move? Should I wait til I’m older and just stick to casual relationships
Don't try to curate your love life. Casually date but if you meet someone you truly think is special, then go with it.

I would highly recommend a girlfriend in college over a boyfriend in college.

Nothing wrong with getting married early and having kids and being absolutely fricking wrecked by the courts after your dream lifetime was a lie that everyone told you it was by the time you are 40 and all of it falling apart

Its the standard Biden voter

The frick does this have to do with Biden? I’d assume most Biden voters are waiting til their 40s to have kids or never having kids bc they can’t afford it

If you have to ask, then you need to settle down with the first girl that agrees to go on the 2nd date with you. Change yourself into whatever type of person she wants.

It was fun having a GF in college until it wasn't. And once it was over so was college (almost). Then you start kind of regretting all that time you wasted on one girl.

This may come as a surprise. Some people actually go to college and focus on studies and their future career.

Yes, date don’t have a relationship. Plow through as many as you can. At some point you will be locked up with one.

oh hell yeah! we partied just about every night, the Caterie had something on Sunday night(forget what it was called,) Tuesday night was Caterie Countdown, Wednesday was ladies night, Thursday night all of the Highland Rd. bars had some sort of special, something going on every night everywhere, I worked at the Bengal and the Caterie so there was a secondary frat of all of the people that worked at the college bars, rarely paid for any booze because we always knew someone somewhere, on the nights we worked we'd usually end up across the river at the Sans Souci or any of a number of those all night dives, it was a glorious time

Honestly you are better off waiting to get serious with anyone until both of you start working a real job
That's when you find out if it's going to work or not
The stress of living in the real world is what will make or break a relationship

Having a girlfriend in college

I highly recommend it. I had several girlfriends in college and never regretted it for a moment. Of course, I was in my 30s then.
