Also a term used by action figure collectors cause the hobby is so addictive.

Ah, but Underworld adds the other aspect of deck-building to go along with having units.

One of the “lucky” ones, eh? That sounded like something weird happened on that game’s production run.

Pickleball. It sounds really stupid, but just pick up a paddle and go try it. It can be a bit addictive.

Running, swimming, and reading

I started woodworking a little bit. Nothing too difficult yet. I built an outdoor furniture set, floating shelves, a key rack by our front door, raised dog bowls stand, and a large work bench. Everything I learned was off of YouTube. I haven't built too much more due to going back to work, but I was able to buy a bunch of tools to set up a permanent work shop in our house that we plan on buying this year.

I learned a few new recipes and got better at playing guitar.

We started watching horse racing on TV and betting on the races online.

I am hunting and fishing more, and I have given up on watching any sports. Spending more time with my lil boy.

I learned how to change spark plugs in a hemi and grow climbing roses in South Louisiana. You asked, so I’m sharing. no one else seems interested and it was a LOT of work. Here goes:
Peggy Martin (the Katrina rose) a rose that survived the flood waters at rose breeder, Peggy Martin’s, home. No thorns.
Sally Holmes. She starts out apricot then fades to white. Lot of blackspot and spider mites. Not my favorite but i don’t have her in a lot of sun so she might do better elsewhere
My favorite rose, Souvenir de la malmaison - easy to wrangle, puts out a TON of blooms, grows quickly, thorns aren’t brutal and has a nice bright green foliage.
The 2 closeup pics below are of souvenir de la malmaison. Like little heads of light pink cabbage
This is a native clematis called roguuchi. I planted it growing through a rose called sombreuil
Sombreuil a true cream rose. Not a bright white.
Sombreuil up close
Iceberg rose. Bright white.
Zepherine drouhin. What i think of when i think of the color “rose”
Zepherine up close
Miss Bateman clematis (flower the size of palm of your hand)
I have planted many more since these pictures from this past spring. I kind of regret it because it is a lot to keep up with. They grow like mad. The climbing roses are maniacs. If anyone else is interested in growing climbers and has questions about any what to plant, I’m growing the following in addition to the above pictured:
Golden gate
Madame Alfred carriere
Darlow’s enigma (a wild climbing rose)
Lamarque
Prosperity
Clotilde Soupert
New Dawn (ferocious thorns - be warned)
Ducher (a cross between a shrub and climbing rose)
Mutabalis (giant huge shrub)
Marie Pavie (she’s a tiny shrub not a climber)
Mrs. Dudley Cross (a shrub not a climber)
Arctic Blue (not sure what this one is yet)
Sweet drift (the best of the drifts IMO - large shrub)
Apricot drift (2nd best of the drifts IMO - medium shrub)

A little bit of luck. But at the time I was frustrated with ordering a ps5 so I didn’t want any chances. I knew to be on the site at the time. When I was on the site though, I couldn’t find it but I was iming someone and they let me know so I confirmed purchase at 11:04 when it sold out at 11:05. 4 very stressful minutes

Bought a Guitar and started taking the online lessons from Justin Guitar. Something Ive always wanted to do but never made the time. I have enjoyed the challenge thus far.
I have a new found respect for anyone who can make each hand do something completely different at the same time while tapping their foot to a beat and singling.

Do you have a resin 3d printer? You can find all kinds of minis to print and then paint. Lots of free STL and ones you can pay for for decent prices. Of course the printer could become a hobby in its own right.

My hobby was getting out and enjoying shite while people stayed at home. We are a different breed, but I really enjoyed the zero lines at Disney World for a while. Pretty much that same thing everywhere.
Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. I'm hoping this new super scary wave of death keeps all the yankees and foreigners at home so we can ride Big Thunder Mountain like 6 times.

My fishing skills have improved 100%. Fished the whole year with little to no interference. Good times!
