The Battle Flag of The Army of Northern Virginia and the swastika door hanger I keep on display kills my chances every month.

have. Actually did it on purpose as I was protesting our HOA president. My yard was flawless. Grass so thick you could walk on top of it. Fertilized and watered so much I mowed it every other day. Edging was flawless. I can work a week eater like Chris Kyle works a sniper rifle.

Won the HOA battle.

Sounds like you really showed them.

The HOA doesn’t usually award to renters. Thanks for keeping TigerRynos property taxes high

Yes. Think we’ve won it at least twice I can remember. But I can take no credit. I have a crew who does all my yard work. I don’t even own a lawnmower any more.

One neighbor backed into another’s brick mailbox, which collapsed to a pile of rubble. The pile sat there for months.

One night, we made a poor quality Yard of the Month sign on a piece of cardboard duct taped to a stick, and I stuck it in the pile. They rebuilt the mailbox that week.
