I visually objectify women all the time, I don't cat call or even among friends it never escalates to anything besides "damn she's hot" or similar.
I have been around a ton of guys who felt the need to verbalize some vulgarity in the vein of "drink her bathwater" but a little more gauche.
Objectification is normal, the degree of vulgarity is the measure. And while that bar is typically cultural, the need to act upon it is the real tell. Obvious insecurity and immaturity issues.
His behavior is akin to a girl named "Bambi" with an eating disorder, fake DD tits, and cologen lips... trying her best to be "what men want"
It's sad really. But again there are guys who think "Bambi" is Hawt! Because they too are only superficial.
