Have you ever seen any panhandlers at the exit ramps of I-10 and College Drive?

There is always one by the Albertsons exit and there is always one by the Sullivan's exit. But I swear they operate as a team and are handled by a pimp. Over the years I saw them get dropped off its always out of a GMC Yukon or Mercedes Van and they also get picked up in the same vehicle. And its always the same groups of people getting dropped off, as if in a rotation.
Are there ANY legit panhandlers in BR or are they all scammers working to feed their drug/alcohol habits?

There’s a new on by Essen and Jefferson Hwy that’s a woman- looks mid 20s and a blonde. Always smiles and waves but I’ve fallen for that too many times. Sorry no pics.
