I saw W at Centenary one time around his reelection in 04. Air force one flew directly over my head on 9/11 as it took off from Barksdale. Evidently, the national media were not reporting on his location due to security concerns. Well, I was at a buddy's house in Bossier when the local news broke in to say, "and here's a live shot of AF1 preparing for take off". My friend lived right next door to the base so we walked out just in time to see it depart.

Flashin' that sweet-arse letter all around at recess basically gave me VIP access to the good jump ropes and first turn at hopscotch.

Danced next to Clinton and watched him play the sax then pick up on the hottest girl in our class in college. But he was just a governor then.

I have met Carter after he was President. Met Clinton at a rally in Tennessee. Met Obama at the White House at a Christmas Party. My daughter worked there. Saw Nixon at Allen Ellender’s funeral in 1972.

I meet the president of our HOA on a regular basis.

He’s always complaining about my kid’s Range Rover being parked in the street for more than two hours.

W's first campaign for governor had headquarters or the local office or something in the good ol' Meadows Building in Dallas. saw him waiting for an elevator once.

I met HW Bush at a pro am at Firestone CC in Akron, OH. He was very nice.

I didn't like him much as a President and think he was deep state when deep state wasn't cool.

My in-laws were diplomats at their country's embassy in D.C. for many, many years. They met every president from Nixon through Trump. They are now retired and back in their home country, but my father-in-law has some good stories.
