Start looking at all labels.

My favorite are the "0 calorie" oil sprays. Serving size is 1/4 of a second spray

A totinos pizza is 2 servings as well. I used to eat multiple a week until I realized that.

I have no self control at all when it comes to chips. If I tear into a big bag of Doritos, I am damn near sick when I stop eating them. I don't even keep them in the house any more.

I've lost 20 lbs in the last 5 months, and the main reason is not keeping chips in my house.

I just looked at the bag I’m eating:

Serving Size 1 oz about 9 chips

Yep. A "serving" is typically 150-180 calories.

The new share size bags of M&Ms and Skittles have multiple servings per bag.

In the case of Skittles, the package says “160 calories” in easily readable text. Look closer. 160 per serving, 3 servings in the bag.

Were you dipping them in mayo and chocolate before eating them?

The baked white cheddar cheetos are about 30 pieces per serving and about 230 calories. I eat those whenever I’m in the mood for chips.

I started eating cheese chips not sure of the name right now but they're actually pretty good and don't have any carbs whatsoever. So when I'm craving a chip I now eat these.

There was a cafe in my small hometown that would put a honeybun on the grill and kind of toast it. Those were great. Otherwise, honey buns suck.
