Have you ever looked at the “serving size” on a bag of chips?

I just looked at the bag I’m eating:

Serving Size 1 oz about 9 chips

9 chips?! Jesus Christ! My whole life I’ve been eating about 9 handfuls per sitting. These things should come with a warning label. 9 chips... Pretty sure I dropped 9 chips out of my hand while scooping them into my mouth.

I have bad news for you...

Did you know each honey-bun is TWO servings?

I’m guessing you’re one of the downvoters in the “fat bridesmaid” thread

Honestly who cuts a honey bun in half? Frikin monsters trying to either make us fat or cut our honey buns in half like a bunch of fairies.

I don't worry about servings. I just eat as much as I want and shite out the excess calories.

Honey buns are terrible for you and they taste like crap anyway.

If you want up a honey bun in the microwave and then put some vanilla ice cream on it, it’s heavenly!

I have no self control at all when it comes to chips. If I tear into a big bag of Doritos, I am damn near sick when I stop eating them. I don't even keep them in the house any more.

Doritos Cool Ranch might as well be heroin.

Do you remember that one year they fricked with the formula of cool ranch doritos? You didn’t even need the internet to tell you they fricked with it. People raised hell, and rightly so.

if you feel the need to read the calorie count on something you probably shouldn't be eating it.

The baked white cheddar cheetos are about 30 pieces per serving and about 230 calories. I eat those whenever I’m in the mood for chips.
