As a kid something like he told you to turn off the video games and go to bed or that you couldn’t hang out and shoot hoops with friends.

Never did that but I did leap off the bed onto my dad who was laying on the floor. Knee went right into his balls. He had to go to the hospital and was in some kind of sling for a while.

No, but when I was around 14 we were playing golf. He was 20 yards next to me bent over identifying his ball. I swung a full 9 iron which shanked immediately towards him at full speed. Hit him directly in the a-hole. He hopped around for a minute then kind of layed on the ground groaning for 5 more.
