Was that Steven Hatfill that was a "person of interest" in the Anthrax attacks in 2001?
He was once associated with Pennington Biomedical Research at LSU in Baton Rouge around the time he was harassed by his government. They were heavily scrutinized and harassed by the FBI and media but ultimately never charged.
He was not technically a suspect but they tapped his phones and raided is apartment. Even drained a lake at his ranch.
I have a problem with any government that can do that to a person.

The VAST majority of people that think they are, as an individual, a subject of these type of situations are as my wife would say "not that special".

The thing about chemtrails is, what would the point be?
Dispersion and wind Patterns would prevent any kind of accuracy or control on who would be affected by something, and you’d have to release SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH into the air in order for it to retain any potency...
If they wanted to use some chemical on the populace releasing it high in the air is about the least effective way to do it.
Chemtrails make zero logical sense.

Really though, if I wanted to drug Americans I’d just spike the high fructose corn syrup supply.. hell, corn farmers are practically government employees anyway.

I had a contract out on me, but I had plants working on the inside. They were able to work their way up to be able to have access to information about planned hits. So what I was able to do was, set a trap for the hitmen who were planning on killing me.
In the end, I got to the boss, killed him... And absorbed his "corporation" making me much more powerful.

Yes, but only if I quit taking my medication for a few months. Sometimes anxiety can get out of control.

Usually occurs after about 18 hours of heavy cocaine use. Oddly enough the targeting seems to subside after sleeping.

Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) towers that have way too much energy consumption just to transmit data. They were part of a government funded program that was "defunded" in 1990 - yet most of the towers are still in place.
I don't buy the theory that these (and other cell towers) will become weapons of mass death. I think it is far more subtle than that.
Plus, it is a fact that cannot be disputed that the police erect fake cell towers called "Stingers" - even the ACLU has reported on them so that it is a fact they exist.
