Sure they have but not the average nut that watched a few Alex Jones videos.

The typical person that things they are targeted just have delusions of grandeur, they have a need to be more than they are. My wife used to have an uncle (dead now) that according to him spent 2 years in Cambodia as a CIA sniper with more kills than Hathcock but during those years he was actually throwin' chain and tripping pipe in the Texas oil fields with 2 of his brothers.
