I leave my decorations up year-round.

Put the lights up outside yesterday since the weather was good. They don't get turned on till Friday though. The tree goes up Friday, wife and kids deal with that.

Decorated last week. Hosted our first ever Friendsgiving on Monday, and we never host people again until New Year's Eve so I wanted the house to look festive.
Plus, my friend was in from Jerusalem and she's never seen a Christmas tree.

Not yet. Will this weekend.
When my kids were younger, some years I did put stuff up the weekend before Thanksgiving because 1.) they really enjoyed it, and 2.) if I'm going to go through the trouble of putting all of that shite up, I may as well enjoy for awhile.
