Sorry. Missing this drop. I’ve been in a treasury ETF since mid May. Salivating at another buy in opportunity now.

Wait till tomorrow. The smart money exited Friday, the rest of them today then Joe 6-pack tomorrow, which will be brutal.

Strap in!

New all-time high three weeks ago? This is what is called a correction.

The fake number is higher this week while everyone is leveraged to the hilt with credit card debt and living paycheck to paycheck. Literally a transmission or ac condenser away from insolvency

This is why I like rental property

Rather than donate money to a slush fund for pedocrat techno elites with the promise of “it go up”, I get my hands dirty farming tenants and harvest checks. It’s a return to an agrarian way of life.

I mean, even after this most recent drop, I’m still up like 35% during the Biden presidency, but sure

Not when you account for how much less the dollar is worth now vs 3 years ago

What a DA stat. if you're not up 50% since the COVID crash, you're a pathetically bad investor.

If FJB's ridiculous inflationary pandering policies had not been enacted, you're be up even more.

More FAR Right doom-casting now that DJT is no longer favored to win the election. Kamala will have the economy piping hot by 2026.

Which is a travesty that I blame both Trump and Biden for. Trump for massive covid spending combined with browbeating the Fed to keep rates artificially low. Biden for doubling down on the absurd spending. Though at least rates went up to compensate.

"Buy the rumor; sell the news" or "buy on bad news; sell on the good" were the old axioms.

However, the new mantra is diversity and balanced.

Just remember how it was in 2008. In January of 2009 it looked like the whole financial world had gone to hell but in March the markets took a meteoric climb up again but a real recovery often takes a while, and this time it was roughly 6 years.

Notice long stagnant periods too where there were long years of no growth.

Easiest way to separate the classes is give them a choice....
