I wonder if this would comply with Georgia's new hands free law...

That was the first thing that popped into my head

I actually think it would based on how I understand the law

I wouldn't either. But I'll be tempted next time I tell her to get/put away something and it requires 2 trips b/c she has a pad in 1 hand.

I don't think it would. Technically it is "touching any part of the body" by extension, which violates the new law.

Yup you’re right. I just read it and your body cannot serve as support.

It’s be a pretty goofy way to use your phone hands free anyway

Give it time and one will be able to text with just their eyes.

That picture may seem crazy now, but no crazier than the the first guy I saw talking on his phone with a Bluetooth headset looked. His headset was actually facing away from me, and I thought he was some nut, talking to himself in a restaurant. After a few people in my office started using them, I still thought, "I'll never use one of those." Of course I have worn one, but only wear it when driving. Still think people look like fast food employees walking around with them.

Reminds me of a more legitimate invention, the hands free mardi gras koozie that you wear around your neck.

It's a total rip off of Bob Dylan's harmonica holder.

I’ll fess up and say that I have one and am about to use it. I use it exclusively to watch movies in bed if Mrs. Grey is sleeping or watching The Terrible Housewives, and it beats the hell out of holding your phone.

It’s actually fairly comfortable and convenient, but I sure the hell don’t take it out into public. I would highly recommend it for similar use (as my arms go numb typing this out on my damn phone).
