I'd recommend any of those guys, they're all good docs.

You usually do not need it cut out unless the simpler treatment doesn't work.

Dr. Sholl’s

Have you tried Dr. Scholl’s wart removal discs and pads? I have had good success with this as it has a small medicated disc you stick onto the wart and a padded bandage to cover it. The bandage provides relief when walking and after about 3-4 days, changing each day, the wart generally comes off. You can buy it at Walgreens.

Buy a package of corn pads. Stick one on your foot with the wart in the middle where the hole in the pad is. You will walk the wart out in no time.

Cover it with Duct tape for 6 days, one day off. Repeat for 8 weeks. Doctor recommended this to me and it removed the wart on my big toe.

Just go get it froze. I had one on the ball of my foot. One doc tried cutting it out, it came back, another made me put salicylic acid patch on it and come in every couple weeks and he would whittle on it, it never left and hurt.

A dermatologist froze it and it was painlessly gone in about two weeks

Have a faith healer pray on it.

I'm not kidding. I've seen it work on warts. No shite.

Put duck tape on it. It is the most effective treatment.

This is the way. I had one back in high school, kept a piece of tape on it for a few days, and when I took it off, the wart was gone and new skin had healed over the place. Never had a problem again.

We get our cantharone from Canada. Customs occasionally will confiscate it.

The consensus seems to suggest you need to see a Footologist.

Clip it off with a toenail clipper. Thats what I did when I was a kid. It had a bunch of those seed looking things in it. It ripped open one day at football practice and bled like the dickens. It dried up shortly after that and I just scraped it off.

ETA: It was on my hand

It can take multiple rounds of that treatment for some deeper warts.

That's why poking with a tooth picks works so well. It gets the medicine down to bottom of the wart.
