The potato pictures were very helpful. I was able to see the tip of his head in at least 2 of the 6

Scan craigslist for free cats and then put leashes on them at the water's edge and let us know what happens.

Feel like a prisoner on my own property.
Why? They walk across my backyard, which is about 20 yards to the pond. It’s not like they are chasing me around the yard.

Didn't think small mouth bass and big gator habitat overlapped in a ton of places, just wondering where this was.

Can't tell you.
Of course.
Then I'd have some Baws on my property.
North Louisiana. Close to Bastrop.

It's May, peak of alligator mating season. He will probably move on in a few weeks.

It's a subtle, I can't fish because I have two gators in my lake thread.
Have a couple drop rigs ready to roll to haul in some chinkapin

You have an 11ft. Gator in the same water that has smallmouth bass? Seems kinda fricky.

Back in college we’d go out there at night with a spotlight. Bust him over the head with a paddle and then kill him while he was unconscious. Stop being a bitch.

Canyon lake has some monster gators and smallmouth but that's about all I know. Maybe up state Alabama. Still dont believe that little bit of the story

This lake is located completely on your property and you are scared to kill it ? Obviously you are not from south of the Mason Guidry line.
Posted on 5/14/19 at 7:35 pm to Nado Jenkins83
No gators in North AL. Obviously south AL is crawling with them

No smallmouth in ponds in bastrop. Unless they were stocked there.

That’s a big fishing hole for such a little bitch to live on.
