Have a 11 ft Gator moved into my lake and Gator Hunter still hasn't showed up

I Have a 12 acre lake filled with turtles, bullfrogs, Florida big mouth bass, small mouth bass, sunfish (bream), crappie, gar, and now a massive gator.
Alligator Hunger hasn't shown up and I can't legally rid of this pest. Feel like a prisoner on my own property.

I got a 9 to 10 footer living next to me on a bayou, in a swampy low area. They tried to get him 8 years ago. He doesn't bother us we don't bother him
