The idiots that hate police claim that every interaction should be like this and refuse to acknowledge there is a difference between this and being in the hood with some screaming drunk fool at 2:00 A.M. Try this method with some meth head that is looking for a chance to stab you in the neck and see how that works out.

ETA: And it's weird that Target gives a shite about this woman stealing...haven't they literally fired employees for trying to stop/confront shoplifters in recent years?

Take it from someone that worked in booking at a jail. A female officer takes them to the showers, has them strip naked and the officer sprays them with lice spray. So they have no makeup or products to fix their hair before the photo.
