Has the quality of Uber cars/drivers gone downhill?

Or is it just me?
I'm in one right now in SF and it's some Muslim kid who's car smells like straight BO. Last time I had one here, it was a Nigerian dude who's car reeked of weed.

It’s just you. I ubered all over Nola this weekend. It was fine.

I got into some Afghans compact car once in Houston and he drove me to an Astros game. He was blaring that crazy music they listen to, yelling at someone on his Bluetooth headset in his native language. I thought for sure he was going to suicide bomb the stadium and I was going to get a front row seat.

I’ve ridden in cars that smell like cigs. You give them low stars and move on.
I usually Uber with friends so we get an XL and they’re usually much nicer vehicles.

I had a guy try and scam me out of $150 two weeks ago for a level four cleanup (major bodily fluid mess). He said I did something in his back seat, and provided pictures. Backed down when I threatened to go to the cops, and told him I'd get videos of me getting into and out of the front seat.
Same exact thing happened to a buddy uptown.
I think they are just pouring a little bit of water on their seats, and then claiming major urine/vomit/shite/blood messes.
