It's amazing how these people constantly run into situations where someone is "rude" to them or there's some sort of situation that they feel the need to take to social media.
The truth is the his wife is likely just a massive bitch that goes into every business thinking it's her right to do whatever she wants and act however she wants. In fact, I'd bet the bank that she goes into these places with an intention to cause a situation where she can then go online and try to ruin these people in order to feel like she has some sort of power in her miserable life.
She's the type of person that thinks every person she encounters throughout the day is an a-hole (all black people excluded, of course).

i don't think i've ever had a situation with a company that made me consider blasting them on FB or anything like that, yet it happens to some people on a somewhat regular basis. really starnge how that works.
