I actually had to do this a few years ago.
We don't use the oven every day. Used it same week as Thanksgiving, so Thanksgiving morning, I put the turkey in the oven and it wouldn't light (gas oven.)
Microwaved it and it came out fine.
So, it's possible to do, but not my first choice.

These were from a 60's "test" that circulated.
How far can a dog run into the woods?
Half way.
How many animals of each species did Moses take aboard the ark?
None. (You'd be surprised how many miss this one on a timed test)
How much dirt is in a hole 3 feet wide, 36 inches long, and one yard deep?
None.
There were 20 questions. I used to give it to my class. They would miss about half. You give it to elementary school kids, they get most of them.
I wish I could remember more - there were a couple that were pretty tough.
