Has the OT ever accomplished anything?

It seems like the most popular threads and comments are just some version of complaining.
Has the collective intellect of the OT or the rant ever actually accomplished anything?
(I'm trying to move the needle a tiny bit here. No, this isn't just a complaint thread.)

OK, so aside from:
1. Ruining someone's life
2. Getting "justice"
3. Helping someone get laid
Has the rant or the OT worked together to accomplish something positive or fun (in a not-a-hole sort of way) that benefited the subscribers and/or community?

Think of how many millions of dollars in productivity that is lost by workers posting on here instead of doing their jobs.

It’s brought some people together and it’s caused a few breakups and divorces. It also helped people find job as well has gotten a few people unemployed.

One guy on here fingered his girlfriend’s underaged sister on a family vacation (or something like that, it’s been a while) and the OT outed him and ruined his life temporarily
