I read legal documents a lot and this cracked me up thinking about one of our attorneys writing and formatting like this.

You have to understand the psychology of the combination of power, the lust for fame and fortune, and the ability to normalize it all in that realm. Hollywood has had a hundred years to perfect all of this.
They groom people, even adults, to accept what's going on as normal. A guy like Mr Jones, over time, is groomed to accept what's happening. And ultimately, he's willing to do whatever it takes to be famous and rich, then he'll be the one doing the grooming.
It's all a vicious cycle, until hopefully one day it all blows up in their faces. I'm hoping that's what's going on here. It's time for Hollyweird to burn down.
