re: Has anyone made it work with a liberal partner?

Almost. We got engaged and lasted 8 years. Everything storybook. Everything was cool during 2016 election (we even went to a Halloween party in 2015 dressed as Trump and Hillary, ironically), but then we moved to Portland, inherently got more liberal friends, George Floyd happened (I got both of us cancelled from a large friend group over a Kyle Rittenhouse meme from here on TD), 2020 election happened, and COVID all combined to finally doom us.
If she had picked Wal-Mart over Nike (sounds like an easy decision, but was very close to 50/50. I actually pushed for Portland, which was a huge mistake, obviously) we'd have moved to NW Arkansas, we'd have been surrounded by my family and less liberal friends and probably be happily married with 2 kids by now. Also if COVID never happened we may have recovered.
Long story short - outside circumstances are a huge factor. What are your / her friends like? What city do you live in and how much does that influence the way each of you views the world?
Sliding doors, innit mates?

So true. They can suppress The Feminista Batshit Crazy for a while, but as soon as they feel comfortable, that's ALL you will get.
When I was a Progressive, I watched three good friends have their relationships or marriages destroyed by vindictive women that slowly embraced feminism and then destroyed the marriage. It was the same pattern. Meet a miserable, single feminist. Start hanging out and embracing the BS. Go home and pick a fight with the husband, then eventually all three left their situations. Just walked out. Two had kids together.
Fast forward several years later, all three males are content with much better partners, and all three women have been on a merry go round with soy boys.

Trump has a cult problem too. Anyone who gets their views from the candidate(s), as opposed to the other way around, is a cult member

frick that Marxist bitch. She's probably planning on dumping you.

Honest answer: give it some time, at least 6 months, after she moves back in May. She may be going to all these things in Boston because there are no conservatives at the grad school. If she is an intolerable c-word, break up. If she is normal and pleasant, move forward. Don’t get engaged to someone you are in a LDR with. You just don’t know what they are like day to day.

Ah yes the classic OT Centrist has to jump in with the usual progressive talking point.

Yep.
Populism (the common man vs elitism) breeds shitty policy and insane people.

Something else I neglected to cover earlier is that not getting out probably means you’ll cave and get married. Getting married is already an awful deal for men, but it’s especially bad when you’re at odds with your prospective wife on basic philosophical matters like this. What The Boat said about her wanting to raise your kids as trans and take them from you sounds like wild hyperbole… until it isn’t. It’s not guaranteed to happen to you, but statistically, some number of normal men, every year, lose custody and any realistic hope of properly raising their kids. And once you’re married and have kids, there are no takebacks, and you need an insane amount of dumb luck for her to do something so heinous that a modern family court will take custody from her.
Most of this is an indictment of marriage and not leftists, but you HAVE to understand that under current family law dynamics, there is no amount of “just be alpha bro” “just dick her good bro” “just be a man and she’ll come around bro” that will save you. If you marry her you are gambling your and your kids’ futures on present trends magically reversing course, when everything about modern life tends to keep her on the same path.

I agree with some of it. All collectivism leads to insane political ideals. One failure of MAGA was it became too collective and attracted some fanatics..

Far from a centrist, but the inconsistency is too much at this point to pretend otherwise.

Should I end this relationship now before it's too even harder, it'll already be pretty damn tough.
My wife will probably OT stalk me and burn the house down for this, but you could be in a classroom with 50 other people and secure multiple possible spouses in which you’d have a successful marriage.
That’s not your soulmate, that’s a human you once connected with and now that’s been divided. Lord forbid you have children and then realize how badly you need out.
Go back to the playing field.

Oh MAGA is a complete joke now.
I think many Americans liked the idea of an outsider coming in and wrecking the Uniparty grift. People had high hopes bc Trump was strong and had frick you money. However, Trump proved he wasn’t as smart as he thought he was and the Uniparty abused the frick out of him. The Uniparty was even able to convince millions he should be impeached for pointing out one of their schemes that is now playing out daily IRL (Ukraine laundering).
Then the rigged election, which Will absolutely happen again if Trump is nominated

She'll either abort your children or turn them into trannies. Cut bait and move on.

Stopped reading.
That’s too left.
If Trump wins. You will get engaged and married to a girl where the only things you do is A. Plan a wedding. B. Talk (fight) about politics.
No thanks.

Yep. We all do. I am not pro elitist, but it requires both common man and those of means to accomplish anything political in the country.
I think MAGA jumped the shark when it created a mob like mentality. The issues were good issues, but it became antagonistic.
MAGA is in no way extremist, in fact its more moderate than both parties
