I will try to give you practical advice. You obviously care about this person or you wouldn’t have dated them for so long right? So instead of just ditching her for her social media politics, I’d have a real conversation with her first.
Find out how strongly she really feels about the liberal agenda and see if it’s more of her doing what her peers do or if it’s a real personal belief that she will bring back for good.
Being a grad student in Boston she may feel like she needs to fit in with her peers and if they are going to socialist rallies then she might go as well just to be part of the group.
Maybe she really does like some of the points that she has heard in her lefty circles and you can try to point out the flaws to her. BUT if you go this route, you have to also be open to hearing her points and truly considering them.
Obviously if she thinks children should be transitioned then she’s too far gone and you should run. But if she just thinks healthcare should be universal and women should be able to get abortions then maybe it’s salvageable.
It really comes down to can you accept her opinions you disagree with for the sake of the things you love about her and can she do the same for you?
If she’s gonna go on a lefty tirade everyday and act like you’re a POS for being conservative then it won’t work. But if she can respect your views and you can respect hers and y’all can talk about other subjects most of the time then I don’t see the issue.

Might of answered already but is she some sheltered chick who’s never been exposed to the real world? A little dose of reality has a way of fixing some college girl liberal ignorance.

This is a terrible place to seek this sort of advice. This board is so biased, and many of them have no right to speak on a relationship of any sort.
You post like a fat lady

Dad voted for Trump, Mom voted for Hillary. Been together 50 years.

Probably some truth to this. They're tribal creatures and try to fit in wherever they can.

I’m the liberal in the relationship. More of a blue dog so whatever you want type. Pretty sure my wife hates me but it’s not my politics.

Pretty much any white man who has a working penis and doesn’t let his wife bang other dudes in front of him while he quietly eats his ice cream and watches The View. And all the best women.

Hate to say it but the liberals brainwashed her. It’s over pal. Get a new one that leans right. Trust me.

This fascinates me. Being a “blue dog democrat” do you side with half the stuff liberals are doing these days? I mean wouldn’t you say they’ve gone extreme?

Dump her and let her marry another liberal and have 5 kids.
You continue life alone looking for a woman who you find attractive but also thinks like a man.
Darwin wins.

The anti-authority hippy left from the 60s no longer exists. They are Marxist authoritarians now. The "blue dogs" might not have left the party, but their party left them.

I have it easy being married to a right wing fascist extremist

Listen to the wise words of Paul Simon
You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don’t need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don’t need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

What kind of a clown world do you have to live in to think it’s harder to ‘make it work with a Liberal’ than to make it work with a conservative ? Conservative by definition means stuck in the past, old school, resistant to change, refusal to evolve and closed off to new ideas and new ways of doing things….
The irony in this statement….wow.
