You can’t actively convince a woman to like you. Girls can sense that shite from 10 miles away and it’s a turn off. Stop it.
It either happens naturally, or you can passively coax it. A couple good examples have been described already. Just be the happy, unaffected version of yourself and forget about the unholy things you want to do with her. It might take some practice, but you’ll see what we mean.

Women aren't attracted to personality. They are attracted to masculine traits.
If a woman, "likes" you; she wants to be near you. How you manage that interaction is whether she will continue to like you or not. If you say some awkward shite, look at your feet, or just act like a dweeb in general, you lost her.
