Has anyone ever done stretch lab? Thoughts?

My back is fricked up. Just went to urgent care and they were like “yeah, your back is fricked up. Do physical therapy and then consider doing stretch lab.”
Stretch labs are places where someone else just stretches you out fully. Which sounds like a complete luxury thing to do, but also sounds kinda nice.

On rogan mark callaway (undertaker) talked about doing that weekly.
It sounds like a good idea.
If back wrecked, usually you need stretching (especially posterior chain) and core strengthening.

I’ve never heard of stretch lab, but I’m guessing it isn’t a disc problem?

Not rehab. More liked an addendum to physical therapy. I was like “I literally could go to physical therapy for like everything” and she said stretch lab is a good way to make sure sure that you have the mobility you need without having to just be going to physical therapy with no purpose.”

This also describes Thai-style massage. In a true Thai massage they give you scrubs to wear for it, because they stretch you in all kinds of positions.

Maybe, about a month ago, I started noticing pain when getting up from taking a shite. It’s gotten a bit worse, and I noticed it getting bad in general. When standing up and sitting down and then yesterday it just got really bad and I needed to pull myself up from my desk chair so I went to urgent care today.

Why not get one of those inversion machines inverter where you hang upside down?

DON’T by the one on tv sold by the old guy. It’s 3x more $ than the perfectly good versions on amazon.
