There is a facebook page tracking his whereabouts LINK

Approached me on Coursey/Airline and wanted gas money because his wallet was stolen. Said he works at Our Lady of the Lake. I ignored him as I could see his pupils were super pinpointed

Someone pushed their car into the racetrac gas station on Burbank and asked me for some cash to fill up. I gave him $5 and he got in his vehicle, turned it on, and drove off lol

Pretty sure i’ve seen him at a RaceTrac on Florida at Foster. I thought he looked a little more well off than most of the panhandlers i see there.

This POS got between my very pregnant wife and her door at home depot a few months ago while I was putting the buggy back.

I came around the vehicle to open her door. He just started stuttering and back pedaling as fast as he could.

Realized the mexican guys saw it going down and two were walking over before I even saw him.

Over the years, I have seen him several times around Jefferson, Bluebonnet and coursey. He always has a business casual outfit on to make it look like he is a legitimate employee somewhere.

I would love to follow him and see where he goes every night. He's been doing this for years.

Can’t even get mad about that. They put in the work for that $5.

I saw him 3 times in about 10 days back around 2015. The third time I was parking at Bernie Moore track stadium and he approached me. I had my 7 year old daughter and her friend with me but I lost my temper and pushed him when he approached me. He back peddled fast. The girls were like “dad why did you do that”. I felt terrible but I just snapped. He’s a scum bag.

He tried to con me about 10 years ago. I almost fell for it but I just didn’t believe him. Then he tried again about three years ago and I recognized him so I told him he tried to con me once before, and he just turned around and walked away.

He is not just begging for money, he is telling you some lie to try to get you to fork over your money.

Someone like him approached me at the Circle K at Perkins/Siegan and he told me he needed some gas money to get back to NOLA. He drove up in a nice car also. He said he went to De La Salle and asked if I went to Parkview lol. I told him I had no cash and was a broke college student. He then got back in his car and drove off. It was probably this guy.

I on the wheres kevin fb page. From one of the comments

quote:

He smokes crack with this slum lord named Patrick that owns all of those houses across the street from Jefferson Baptist church. Patrick rents out all of the rooms individually in those houses to people either with bad credit who can't rent another place or complete drug addicts because they pay weekly for those rooms. Each house is divided into about 6 or 7 makeshift rooms each. Those are hot beds for addicts, prostitution different drug dealers rent out rooms to store their dope and use them as trap houses.
