If you’re wanting to ween yourself off sugar and sweeteners you need to nix the stevia/truvia.

Supposedly artificial sweeteners can still cause insulin spikes. The fasting method I use still considers coffee with real dairy products in coffee (ghee, milk, whipping cream, half and half) as suitable for maintaining a fast.

As for how much ghee, I just put a small (less than a teaspoon) amount in the coffee when it’s hot so it melts then I add milk just enough to turn the coffee brown. That small amount of ghee doesn’t give it an oily taste or feel but give you some good animal fats.

Been doing this for a few months and have lost 25lbs or so.

I love coffee. And I really love butter and will put it on anything. I’m kind of disappointed I never thought of this.

It's been around for forever. My mom's grandfather did it all the time.

Lol downvoters you are literally adding dairy fat to a beverage with otherwise no caloric content. Keto losers.

I never tried bulletproof coffee, but Keto changed my life. You will speak of it with reverence, or you will shut your whore mouth before I send pics of my abs to your wife.

I think it's pretty good. I stopped using Coffeemate products. Don't know if the health benefits are truly better for you though. I feel like it gives coffee the creamy taste while milk alone can't.

No, but a few of the women from work bring there own creamer from home. They keep it little pint containers in the fridge. Can't put my finger on what they mix into it to get the flavor, but it's not bad.

I like my coffee like I like my women, with a little cream and no grass fed butter.

Aunt of mine puts coconut butter/oil (which ever one is solid) in her coffee instead of milk or creamer

Weed butter (about the size of a sugar cube) and honey in black coffee is a treat!

How about coffee with nothing in it? It's delicious.

If I'm out of creamer I'll put any dairy product in there.

BTW, milk, cream, and ice cream work. Cheese not so much. Velveeta just sort of floats there like semi-hard mucus.
