Might be a little bittersweet. I don't wish it on south texas but I was in New Orleans for that rainstorm a few weeks ago. I don't think they need anymore heavy rains right now

IMO even though it's only a cat 1 and has made landfall, the worst is to come from Harvey. The potential flooding could be insane.

yeah, even as the heavier rains move on from Victoria, they're all in the same watershed and are just going to flow back down into the town. Going to be a mess for a while.
